My grandparents came to this country from Cuba in 1958. Almost 30 years later, after raising a family and decades of hard work, my abuelo fulfilled his American dream and opened his business, Olimar Stone & Gravel in Miami, Florida. His goal was to provide the highest quality product and customer service.
Carrying on the Olimar name and legacy, Olimar Creative Strategies is focused on continuing the commitment to doing good work and helping others. We aim to be more than a consultant. We're here as a listening ear, a sounding board, and a helping hand. We are a partner for our clients as we work together to amplify good work and help the people that need it the most.

As an experienced communications strategist, graphic designer, and Connecticut licensed attorney, Gabby is able to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives. She supports clients across sectors with communications, proposal development, campaign support, and the creation of high-quality collateral that moves audiences to action. Her services blend strategic insight, persuasive writing, and visual storytelling. Gabby’s experience spans a variety of fields including law, government communications and outreach, and crisis communications. ​

Gabby’s previous roles includes Deputy Communications Director and Counsel for the Connecticut House Democratic Caucus as well as serving as Connecticut State Treasurer Shawn T. Wooden's Director of Public Affairs.
